Dark Mode

Many, many thanks to the super helpful David Merfield, the genius behind Blot.im, for getting dark mode support working on my site! I’ll probably tweak the colors some more over the next few days and weeks. David also fixed an issue which had popped up with the Littlefoot footnotes I had installed. Thanks again David!
